Referrals

A physician’s referral is necessary in order to file insurance claims. Your physician’s office can contact our facility to begin the referral process. We will contact you to make the initial evaluation appointment.

Payment

Arrangements for payment are expected prior to services. We file your insurance claims and follow up with payor sources to ensure covered therapy services are reimbursed. We cannot guarantee your therapy services are covered. We participate with Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid MCOs and most major insurance companies. We accept cash, check and Visa and Mastercard credit card payments for deductibles, co-pays and non-covered services.
